Hi,
I am a working mother with 8 years of experience in the IT field. I am looking at pursuing an MBA in 2010 and have shortlisted a few schools. Request you to analyse my profile and advice me on my shortlist.
Profile details:
GMAT - 690
GPA - 3.7 (Did my engineering from one of the good colleges)
Experience - 8 yrs in IT
Domain - Banking
Nationality - Indian
Short term goal - To get into IT product Management
Long term goal - To start my own firm
Schools shorlisted:
1. London Business School
2. Said, Oxford
3. Nanyang
4. INSEAD, Singapore
5. Fuqua
6. Kenan Flagler or Kelley
I am keen on commencing my MBA in 2010. Hence, i would like to know the chances of getting an admit in the above schools i have shortlisted based on my profile and interests. I know there are many more important factors other than GMAT score, GPA like the admission essays which hold a huge value. However, i know these factors also have a weightage. Hence, request you to provide your feedback.

The schools you listed are conceivably in range, but the list is also a bit all over the place - some are in London, others in Singapore, and the US south and midwest. Where do you want to live/work ideally right after b-school? That should be dictating the kinds of schools you focus on.
