Hi all,
Here is a little background of me. I am an immigrant from China; I graduated from UCLA (regretfully with a low GPA), and have been working for 4 years now.
I know since my GPA isn't great nor is my work experience resume, i wanted to focus on GMAT and out-side work experiences.
I am currently torn between two options which hopefully will enrich my out side work experiences.
Option #1 is to embark a journey back to my home country; a mission opportunity involves visiting different business people in China and see how they do business in China and helping the local community the same time.
Option #2 is be more involved in my local (US) communities and am in the planning state of initiating a non-profit event that aims to combine community service/fund raising/environment awareness ...
For those who are profession and experienced in this process, which one would shine more on my application and get me a better chance of being admitted to a good MBA programs?
Thanks.
