No one can tell you your chances of admissions even if you have a perfect 800. Your chances of success will depend entirely on how well you prepare your application, right from your resume and essays to recommendations and hopefully, interviews. Look at it this way - If you have a bad GMAT score or any other part of the application is weak, it is going to make admission process increasingly difficult but a good profile doesn't guarantee an admission. The best you can do right now is get a good GMAT score (700+ but as close to 750 as possible) and then execute the rest of the application really well. Start developing your extracurricular right now. Yes, adcom wants to see your leadership and team side at work as well as outside work.
