Did you check online to see if your status has changed?
Some schools will update the status of your app once the interview notes have been entered into the system.
This is the way it worked at Anderson when I was interviewing incoming students.
I would not call them. Think about how annoying it would be if everyone started calling in to 'reiterate' their interest. If a few weeks go by and you hear nothing - then you might want to reconsider.
Give it 3 or 4 weeks. It's not like they forgot about you.
Also, if the school does not accept "additional information" that really means -- don't contact us, we will contact you. Calling would only make you look like a DB.

Respectfully,
Paul

Dear Admissions Consultants,

Recently I had an MBA admissions interview. My interviewer did not specify exactly when I can expect their decision, but said it could be a matter of weeks.

Of course, I sent a thank you / follow-up email the day after the interview. However, now it's been several days and I'm wondering if at some point it would be appropriate to phone them and ask about their decision making progress. I think this might show my genuine interest in the program, and also might hint to them that I'm considering acceptance from other schools, in which case they might view me as a more valuable candidate and give me a barganing advantage so to speak.

Can you tell me if it's a good idea to call them, and what should I say?

Also, does the offer of admission come through email or maybe in a formal letter by post?

Thank you!

Thanks for the advice people!

It's 3-0 for don't call so I will stay patient for a while.
