Hi everyone,
I would like to know how my chances are to get admitted to the Master's program of a renowned university/business school in the US. Not yet sure where I could apply. My main areas of interest are international management and supply chain management while I am not a fan of finance.
My stats:
-20 year-old German
-Currently doing a Bachelor in Business Administration at a German university. We don't use GPA here but rely on percentages. So far, I have achieved 83%, which equals a B and places me in the top 20% of my semester. I was too lazy in the first three semesters, but improved a lot since then, last semester I scored 87%.
-Did a semester abroad at a renowned university in South Korea. Got a GPA of 4.4 (on a 4.5 scale) there.
-Scored 107 in the TOEFL iBT back in 2009.
-Scored 750 in the GMAT this year (taken once; Q49, V42, AWA 6.0).
-Accumulated work experience (internships) of 3.5 months. I've been working at the central procurement department of a German company, where I designed and implemented a supply risk management project.
Extracurricular activities:
-Member of my university's debating society; I'm also training younger semesters on how to debate.
-The student body of my university is organizing a supply chain management congress each year. I was part of the organization team in 2009, however my contribution was only minor.
Please let me know which schools you'd recommend me based on my profile. Thanks a lot!
