The 2+2 is really targeting undergrads; you can still apply, but just know that your chances are likely slim. Moreover, for HBS your GPA is low - the average is around 3.5-3.6, and for 2+2 applicants it's higher (around 3.7-3.8). Also, 2+2 isn't for people with "shaky" experience - the assumption is you're going to get a great job and work for two years before entering HBS (and no, just because you have an HBS admittance doesn't mean that employers will swoon and roll out the red carpet for you - you still have to pound the pavement to find that great job).
The most important component for b-school admissions is work experience, because a huge part of the admissions process is evaluating your employability post-MBA -- and recruiters value business school grads with solid real-world work experience (otherwise they'd just hire fresh college grads as entry level employees).
You have a solid academic background - enough to be able to get a decent entry level job right now at a healthcare/pharma company. That's what you need to do - it will help you with your career far more than trying to go back to school at this point.
