GPA isn't really as much of an issue -- first, it's ancient history for someone like you (it hurts more for younger applicants), and secondly adcoms are more forgiving of lower GPAs with military vets. Plus, you did the right thing by building an alternate transcript.
At this point, it really comes down to how well you execute the applications as well as a bit of luck. You're in the right range of schools. No shoe-ins, but you should have a reasonable shot. Only thing is you may want to add more schools. Keep in mind that most applicants apply to 4-6 schools (and it seems closer to 6 now for many). Reason is, you do need to play the numbers a bit. A lot of folks end up getting into 1-3 schools even if they apply to 4-6 schools, and your odds are better of that happening when you apply to more schools. With only 4 schools, you run a greater risk of not getting in anywhere than if you added 2 more schools to that list.
To use a sports analogy (more of a football guy): MIT LGO is a 45 yard field goal, UCLA and Haas are 35-40 yarders, and Ross part-time is a 25-30 yard field goal.
As for part-time, in short it is harder but not impossible to switch careers simply because it's not set up for recruiting (most students are already working and don't have immediate plans of changing jobs right after they graduate). Also, there's the amount of time you have -- in a part-time program, you're having to juggle a full-time job and school, which doesn't give you a lot of time for much else (including a personal life; since if you're not at work or in class, you're busy doing homework).
