I assume your time in Argentina was your 2-year LDS mission?
Anyhow, H/S/W are likely stretches for you -- not to the point where you shouldn't apply, but just keep in mind that guys with finance backgrounds who are positioning themselves to return to finance have fallen out of favor. In a way, had you been born 5 years earlier and applied 5 years earlier before the 2008 crisis, you probably would've been more competitive. Right now, these schools have been trying to cut down on their finance guy intake starting from last year -- not to the point of extinction, but certainly in significant enough numbers that it will affect your chances. You're probably in that position where you won't go back to school unless it's top tier, so just know that if that's the case, be comfortable with the reality that you'll be a stretch for H/S/W, and with schools like Columbia -- they should be in range, but I'm sure the adcom there is also playing it by ear depending on the kinds of applicants they get (i.e. if they get a lot of great non-finance applicants, they may also be more inclined to take more of them at the expense of finance guys; consider it "portfolio management" in minimizing their exposure to a finance sector that is seeing jobs getting cut and an industry that although it's not going extinct - it's certainly going through big changes).
