Would appreciate if you could give me your thoughts on my admissions prospects. Thank you in advance!
Education:
B.S. Bioengineering, B.S. Economics (3.9 GPA, well-regarded engineering school)
M.S./Ph.D. Bioengineering (4.0 GPA, Ivy, completing in 2013)
GMAT - 770
Work Exp:
0 FT (straight undergrad to PhD)
Part-time work with university tech transfer office (evaluate new life science technologies, perform competitive/market analysis)
Part-time BizDev work for a start-up biotech company (also competitive intelligence, market analysis)
Currently working closely with a company to license out a new medical device tech from my lab
ECs:
Lead multiple graduate student organizations (planned multiple large scale events)
Was on fellowship for 2 years with significant community service activities (teaching/mentoring of underprivileged students)
Awards:
Twice selected by Dean's office for fellowship (the teaching fellowship I mentioned above)
Awarded highly prestigious national research fellowship
Admitted to both of the competitive consulting workshops (Bridge/Insight)
Want to go into business development or academic tech transfer in the life sciences and I think the MBA would only be worthwhile if I can get into an elite program so I am shooting for H/S/W/CBS/MIT. Any chance?

Your chances are slim, but they're zero if you don't try at all, right?
Biggest issue is that you have no real work experience, and it seems that what you do have is highly analytical stuff. Yes, it's clear you're a smart guy and you can run numbers, but what will require a leap of faith from the adcom is whether you're great with people.
As you probably know, b-school is NOT an academic environment at all; the environment and student culture have a very different sensibility.
