I'm struggling to come up with recent things for Harvard's "awards and recognition" section. They have spots for three things. My job doesn't really have much for official awards. I keep coming up with only things from college. I was wondering if earning a CFA charter would count for this section? It took a lot of effort and its something I am proud of, but just wasn't sure if this sort of thing would count for this section.

CFA charter is definitely worth mentioning. I think you should mention it as the award since you can claim it was a part of endevour along with your office tenure.

CFA charter isn't really an award, although it totally should be in your Resume. An award is, well, an award, in which you are selected from a large pool to be chosen as "best". for example, being on Dean's List could be considered an award, or getting a "Best Volunteer of the Year" from your church or synagogue would do it also.
