Post MBA I would like to transition from human capital consulting to strategy work in the consulting field.
I am currently based in the Midwest but am geographically open for business school

The following list includes the programs that my employer will pay for. I would like to apply to perhaps 4-5 schools. I have applied to Darden R1. Could you please help me group the below schools into three tiers (don't bother, stretch, strong chance)?

Columbia
Darden
Fuqua
Goizueta
Haas
Harvard
Kellogg
Sloan
Stern
Stanford
Ross
Booth
Wharton
Tuck
