Format doesn't matter but you need to specify your primary skills in your resume. As it would be the center of attraction of your resume.Hope for a bright future.
Actually, this isn't quite true. While your primary skills in programming are essential to apply for a programming position or graduate studies in that field, in a resume for a business program you must highlight other qualities: leadership, initiative, impact, shaping a company's values. These may not be your "primary skills" but they need to be at the forefront of a business/MBA resume.

It depends upon the kind of job you are applying. If you are applying for the position of a S/w engineer then your primary skills would be related to programming skills but if you are applying for a position where you need to show yourself as a leader or related to management then soft skills would be your primary skills.
