Took my GMAT in Dec, scored 650. Still waiting for AWA scores

Work Exp:
I am an Indian with around 6 years exp in Training and Development.
I worked as a trainer in the corporate world for around 4.5 years and now am working in a school.

Education:
Completed my Bachelors in Business Management with specialization in Marketing. Scored 65% avg
I have scored around 65% through 10th and 12th, both state boards.

I plan to apply for NUS, NTU, SDA Bocconi, Bath, Manchester.

Do I need to retake my GMAT? I definitely hope to get through a decent school by fall. If i have to retake I hope to do so in Jan end or feb beginning that way i can still apply for fall season.

Please, please, please let me know, what are my chances. I am real worried :( :(

If your GMAT score is within 20 points of the averages for these schools, you should be fine.

Thanks AlesMBAApply, I am within 20 points.... actually, the average point is 650 for most of these schools.

However, for NUS, although the average score is 650 but I read somewhere that for Indians at least a 710+ is required. Is that how this works? Do the scores differ for country to country? I hope not.

And how about my work profile. Do they look for anything specific like - IT, finance and the other regular stuff or training and education is fine too.

I know I am asking a lot of questions, sorry about that :(
