Hello,
I am applying to USC for the masters of accounting program and they are on a rolling basis. I have sent in my transcript and letter of recs, but my application is on hold because I am re-taking my gmats next month. If I submit my application right now without my updated scores, do they see my file as incomplete? Do I need to send in my application after I receive my gmat scores or can I submit my application right now? I need to turn everything in as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Kathy
Kathy,
Most schools will see your application with your earlier scores and process it on that basis. If you want to ensure that they consider the new scores you have to wait until you take the GMAT again and then self-report the new scores. Alternatively, you can submit now, hope they don't evaluate your application until after you take the GMAT, and then send in the new scores. Before pursuing this option, confirm that they will consider information submitted after th application is submitted.
Good luck!
