Age: 25
Indian Female

1) GMAT Score: 710 (Q50, V35)

2) Working as a software designer in a Captive company. Have 4years 8 Months of work experience in software designing. Job Description includes, Managing vendor team of 5 and Liasing with the business on various requirements. Providing End to End design for the business requirements.

Received various awards for technical competency like Most Promising Fresher, Best trainee award.

3) College affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad
University Gold Medalist - 89.53%. (Received Gold Medal from Governor of Andhra Pradesh)
Received various gold medals in university during my 4 years of study for technical excellence.
10+2 - 95.1%
10th - 89%

4) Extra Curricular - Presented papers in various colleges during college level. Travelled various places within India as part of work assignments. Have won various certificates in Karate.Have been pupils leader during school.

Looking for getting into Indian B-Schools (Executive programs). (ISB,IIM-A,B,C,XLRI)

Post MBA Goal : Investment Banking

Have done my MBA in Finance in Symbiosis Distance Education.

Please let me know my chances of getting into any above schools. Also any suggestions for further improving my profile.

I do find that the Indian programs favor strong academic credentials, and yours are certainly strong. My greatest concern is that you are young for the executive programs, which are typically aimed at professionals with 10+ years of experience. I would recommend that you consider a mix of programs to improve your chances of admission. Also, to prove your business skills and insight, focus on the business analysis and impact of your work and not just the technical prowess required.
