I have asked two of my managers (my immediete and the General Manager) for the recommendations. They both have told me to draft a letter for them to review and later sign it. My question is, How long should the letter be, is there a limitation. Would one page letter look small. And also, can both the draft have a overlap of comments. I am running out of words to make 2 letter look different.
Your help is appreciated.

First of all, many schools give guidance regarding length. You should follow whatever guidelines the school provides. If it doesn't provide you with a guideline, I suspect that a one-page letter would be superficial and not add much to your application. You would probably need 2-3 pages, but that isn't set in concrete.
It is hard to write letters for two recommenders' signatures. While yes, some overlap is normal, especially when they supervised you at the same job, you still need different styles and perspectives in the two letters. This is to give an update. i did manage to write 2 reccos, and one of them come to one page and the other one comes to 1 and half page. I guess that will do the job.
My CV comes to 2 pages (it was impossible for me to cut down to less than 2 pages). any comments on that?
