Hi ccbfernandes,
Your concern is valid. But if you have genuine reasons for gap in your employment, there are no chances of your application being rejected. In a lot of dependent visas, spouses cannot work so you have a valid reason for gap in your work. Apart from this in MBA Applications there are optional essays as well where you can clearly mention about the reason for your employment gap.
It all depends on how perfectly you have written/presented your essays. You should rather focus on getting a good GMAT Score, making a strong case for yourself in the MBA Essays and perfecting your interview.
It is generally advisable to seek assistance from professional consultants who can guide you to get a good GMAT score and can evaluate your Essays.
