What do you mean by "good school"?

You will need more experience than 4 months most likely to get into any good school in the world. Typically 1-2 years is the very minimum.

There are top 100 schools in the US that you might be able to get into, but probably not any Top 15 unless you have an incredible profile.

I will have 15 months of experience not 4 months..So whatvare my chances then to get into the top 20 schools of USA?iIf not top 20 then may be top 50?
I was able to gain admission to a elite school with only 14 months of WE at beginning of matriculation. You have to be sure to sell that your experience is not boring/unoriginal and that you can clearly see a need for an MBA after such a short time. Hope this helps.

Get whatever work experience you're interested in! Don't get a job solely to make it look impressive for a b-school. You'll be miserable! Go into whatever field you want to, but make sure you make the most of your time in your position because it's that experience you really have to sell to the adcom.

No, I don't think you're very likely to get a lot of managerial experience as a new hire straight out of undergrad. Try to lead as many projects within your position as possible even if it's as simple as planning a company picnic, etc! Also, take the time to get invested in some good ECs. They're a lot easier to get into management roles and will help provide a crutch to your low WE. Also, obviously, make sure to kill the GMAT!

I'd say 700+ and formulate a good story. Make sure every essay/rec points to what you way in your interview and clearly shows how you'll use specific resources at the school to make the most out of your education.
