Hi mbapotato:
Thanks reaching out to me and I appreciate your patience.
The first thing that you need to understand is that a school choice is really only as appropriate as your goals. So while your GMAT score and other stats seem appropriate for the schools you list (with the exception of perhaps MIT Sloan), you will need to sell each program on the merits of your future goals.
The first thing to remember is that your short-term goal needs to be very tactical, and told the admissions committee that you understand the game – getting a job. By far, the largest number of employed MBA graduates will go into banking and consulting. Based on your own background, I recommend more specifically detailing one of these routes. It is okay if your short-term goal waxes slightly boring. In this case run with the pack and list out a profession that the school can help you achieve. All in all, you are selling "you the professional" and not "you the person" with any sort of goals essay (as of last year, Sloan does not have a goals essay by the way.)
I am going to assume that your undergraduate GPA is above average, but not top-tier. With strong essays and a solid interview, I do not anticipate you having a problem with CEIBS, HKUST, Said or Judge. I also believe that you stand a good chance that Booth and Stern. The quantitative strength of these programs will serve you well. Your international status also legitimizes the global relevance of these programs in the eyes of the admissions committee and recruiters. I think MIT Sloan is going to be a stretch. I would encourage you to apply as I have worked with international applicants with similar profiles and managed to get in over the last two years.
The one wildcard here of course is your current extracurricular activities. I know you probably put in fairly long hours, but any type of commitment to your workplace as a "community" through volunteerism is going to be cake icing on an already strong profile.
Should you want to discuss your profile via an initial complementary consultation, please reach out to me at

Respectfully,
