yes, I think I can score higher in GMAT with more practising which I haven't done so before the exam. If I can take GMAT agian and score over 720, are those schools still a stretch programs?

Certainly if you get your GMAT up to 720, your chances improve, but without extra-curriculars or a strong record of leadership, I would say that most of the schools you list would still be stretch programs. Your grades are good. If your work experience shows growth, leadership, and increasing responsibility and you raise your GMAT, then you would become more competitive at these programs.
