I gave my GMAT on 29.08.12 and got 700 (Q-50 , V-35)

My Profile:

1. X class- 91 %, XII class- 91% and completed my B.E.(Mechanical) from BITS Pilani in 2010 with 93% (Departmental Rank 4 in a batch of 120)
2. Served as a Marketing Engineer in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (Public Sector Undertaking) for past 26 months
3. Took initiatives for marketing of a new product and currently looking after the department alone (at BHEL) and also had a diverse exposure to marketing of various products like Compressors, Pumps and Turbines while also participating in Project Management.
4. Good extra curricular record including College Cricket Team member, winner of solo singing inter- hostel competition, working on getting a book published very soon.
5. Aspirations: To get an experience of rich and diverse exposure to Management skills and create a good network for future endeavors including Entrepreneurship.

Kindly suggest whether my profile is worth applying this year for schools listed below:
1. ISB
2. Harvard
3. Stanford
4.INSEAD
5. HEC Paris

Or should I wait for another year ?
How should I improve my profile to get into the schools listed above ?

Harvard and Stanford are stretch programs for you. I recommend you wait at least a year to apply to ISB, INSEAD, AND HEC.
