Are you working in a large well-known firm now?
[NO, but I have an offer from a large well known Firm and a small lesser known company]

ARe you managing others now?
[No I am not managing anyone now]

How many would you manage as the team lead?
[I would be manging 3-4 people to begin with]

What do you want to do after your MBA?
[In the long term I would like to start my company, but I would work for a company in short term after a MBA]

But overall I want to know that does the name of company matters more or an individual's personal experience that may be in a small company

It is a tough decision. Both the firm name and the number of people you manage matters. I could argue for either position, but I am inclined to say go with IBM. Hopefully after a short while with IBM you can obtain supervisory responsibility. You don't know if in the future you will be able to work at IBM or a similar blue chip firm. Given that your previous experience was in a smaller firm, from an admissions perspective, at this point IBM would add more to your resume. My $.02, but as I said, it is not a clear-cut choice.
