Look man, you GOTTA retake your GMAT. Everything else you have done seems great!! But with a 660 and as an Indian/Tech candidate, your chances in getting into the majority of the schools you mentioned above are very very low. Don't mean to rain on the parade, but I feel a reality check now is much easier than an surprise later!!!

But even if you need to wait a year (and who knows??? maybe in the meanwhile some AMAZING stuff will happen at the startup???) it's totally worth it for you to try and KILL that GMAT. It's either that, or moderate your school choice, and if you are in no rush, I'd suggest the former
