Hi Linda,

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. After posting this I signed up to take the GMAT again in 6 weeks. I am also registered to take statistics in the spring to help prepare me for the core MBA courses. If I were to bring my GMAT up to a 650 or more do you think this would put me in a better place or do you think I would need to break the 700 based on my profile and target schools?

You're welcome.

First of all, I want to make clear that your verbal score currently is competitive at your target programs. It's the quant that's the problem. You need to raise it probably over 70%; maybe you could get away with 60th percentile at many of your target programs. You don't need to break 700 for the schools you are targeting.

Best,
Linda
