Request you to suggest schools that I might be able to apply.
GMAT Score: 680
Work Ex:
2 Years (3 Years by the time I join an MBA program)
1st Year: No. 1 Manufacturing company of India, worked as an Electrical Design Engineer. Worked on Nuclear missile Launchers. Got excellent recommendations from clients and seniors.
2nd Year (Presently working): in KPMG as a Business Analyst in the Management Consultancy Practice. Worked for clients in different sectors, clients included Business Schools, Stock exchanges, Infrastructure Companies, Government of India, Companies in Aviation Industry etc.
College:
VIT University (Ranked as one of the top private colleges of India), 76%, Electronics & Communication engineering - 2010.
Other significant activities in college:
1. Won an International Business Plan competition (Organized by University of Minnesota)
2. Published paper in IEEE
3. Published paper in IIM Calcutta (B school in India)
4. Two year part time course in Technology Entrepreneurship
5. Have done 5 Internships in different companies
6. Organized a National Conference
7. Organized an Entrepreneurship awareness camp
8. Conducted a technical workshop
9. Co-founded a student club in the university
Short Course:
Strategic Management - London School of Economics (3 week program)
Certification:
6 Sigma
Age: 24 (Sep 1988)
Target Schools: Wharton, Columbia, Kellogg, Duke (Top ranked MBA Schools)
Post MBA: Would like to start my own business preferably in manufacturing (I chose to work in the above companies so that I get Industry exposure)
Please suggest if I should retake the GMAT to get admission in the above colleges and if any weaknesses in my profile that I need to Improve upon.

To have a competitive profile for these programs, I would encourage you to retake the GMAT. Prepare again, retake, and then apply R1 of next year. An additional year of career progression would help you at your target programs.
