Yes, Vijay, you need to provide us lot of information to enable us to offer some advice. The current info tells us about your academic capacity i.e. good GMAT score . (Your percentage in 10th and 12th doesn't add much value to your profile, though).
Next, you need to share with us more information about your 3 years' of IT experience - your career progression, accomplishments, leadership roles, and international experience etc. Also, offer some insight on your extra curricular activities and community service experience.
Even after getting all this information about your profile, we will not be in a position to give a definitive answer about your chances for getting admission to top B-schools in the US because it is largely determined by the strength of your application i.e. how effective and persuasive your essays are, how well-written your resume is, and how great your recommendation letters are. Essay, undoubtedly, are the most critical parts of the application process.
And after you get the interview call, your chances of admission will depend on how well you present your candidacy in the interview.
It's a long process, but an exciting one:)
Good luck with your application,
I hope it helped.
