You have a very impressive background that if properly marketed will be well received at most MBA programs. As you cite, the only area of potential weakness is your lack of extracurricular/community service activities. However, if you start something now, you will have enough time invested that admissions committees will consider this valid and it will thus help your overall chances.
Also, over the past few years we have worked with quite a few graduates of NUS and they have done very well in the admissions process -- including sending students to such schools as Harvard, Wharton and Columbia. Thus, given the fact that you have done so well in your academics and on your GMAT, this is definitely going to help you. Also, being a woman is an advantage at some premier schools, especially as some have publicly stated that they want to increase their female enrollment.
As for which schools you should apply to, I will break them into two classes -- the more competitive schools and the less competitive schools. The more competitive schools your chances are around the levels that you state (but could improve with a great application). I see great matches in Wharton, Kellogg, Columbia, Haas and Sloan. As for schools where your chances are going to be a bit higher, I recommend that you look at Ross, Anderson, Johnson and Darden.
