There's not quite enough information here to give you a solid response. For example, I don't know what your major was and therefore, I don't have a sense of the kinds of coursework you've taken.
Overall, you want to present a solid quantitative background to schools when you are applying. So courses like accounting, finance, and statistics are important to have in your background. Not only will it make you a more attractive candidate while applying, but it will make your life less stressful when you are in your MBA program because you won't be seeing that content for the first time.
As to where to take courses, I strongly recommend taking in person, faculty led courses at the best quality institution possible. I'm not a fan of online courses due to their variability in quality and reputation.
