Thanks for your posting.
To start off with, stop being so hard on your background as there are many more positives than negatives. When I read your profile, I was thinking that you have great potential if you only marketed yourself correctly. So my first piece of advise is to stop underselling yourself.
As for which schools to apply to, I do not think that Fuqua, Emory, Texas or Rice are long shots at all. Booth and the two NY schools (Columbia and NYU) are much more competitive and your chances of being admitted there are much lower -- but far from 0. Since I do not believe in not trying, I would choose one or two of these (my preference would be Booth and Stern) and apply. I would also encourage you to look at Ross, Johnson, Anderson and Darden.
One thing that I want to highlight is that with your grades, you have used up your margin of error in the application and thus everything moving forward has to be top notch -- including essays, recommendations, interview, resume, etc. Even a mediocre application is going to impact your chances negatively. Also, if you are such a great interviewer, then your application has to be stellar -- this is in order to make sure that you get in front of an interviewed (hopefully in most cases that will be somebody from admissions).
