i have learnt through the official GMAT blog that, the top Elite Global schools require an avg of 4-6 yr's of work experience, with some good GMAT score...
do i have a chance to get an admission into those Elite Global B-schools, with 2yr's of work experience, with a good GMAT score(710-750), and good extra circulars and with a Under grad GPA of 7.6...
or is it recommended to wait for 4 to 6 yr's of work experience and then apply for those schools...
Pls help...

Most of the top 20 elite institutions require a min experience of 3 years and strong managerial experience or responsibilty should have been handled in the positions
u had. But for 2 yrs experience and with 730 GMAT score u can try for the Tier 2 B-schools in USA and Europe. Chances are much better if ur CV,Essays,Interviews,Referees and extra Curricular activities are good.

Three years can be enough... but for top elite programs you need two more things:
1. To graduate with the right grades from the right school (IIT)
2. Have the right work experience....
Not all institutions are considered with an equal eye...
