HI everyone, I need help of assessing my evaluation. I am mostly worried because of my transcript, I have 5 C+ (C plus) and 3 W (withdraws)
GMAT Score : Current: 700 Goal for next GMAT test: 730+
GPA: 3.5 ( due to the 5C plusses)
Work Experience: 2+
Current Employer - Bulge bracket bank
Position: Analyst (not in investment banking)
Extra Curricular Activities
School: Part of student government, VP in a business club, Part of a business program in school (consists of only 30 people admitted/year)
Outside: Part of an association that teaches high school kids on finance and college, a mentor for at risk kids
Work: Part of the recruiting team
Goals
Short Term Goal - Trying to get into PE, but since I do not have the IBD experience, IBD will be the main recruiting goal focused mostly on restructuring.
Long Term Goal - PE, restructuring.
Target B-schools:
1.Booth, Chicago U.
2.Kellogg, Northwestern U.
3.Johnson, Cornell U.
4.Tuck, Darthmouth U.
5.Sloan, MIT
6.HBS
7.Columbia U.
Please assess my profile, and tell me if these schools are within reach, which aren't and which are? And if I don't have a school that is realistic in reach, please do list them,Thank you!

What courses are your C+ & Ws in? If they're in quantitative courses, it's going to be tough to get into a lot of the more quant programs (Sloan, Booth, etc). If they're in poetry and you have a solid application with a 730+ Gmat (and solid Q score), then you could make a competitive application for those schools.
Overall though I think you're better off focusing on schools other than M7s that have strong IBD/finance placements -- NYU, Cornell, Fuqua, Tuck, Yale... If you put together a solid story with a solid Gmat, you could be competitive at an M7 too; I just wouldn't put all your eggs in 1 basket.

Well, a 3.5 is still pretty darn good, and the GPA is a far more important stat than how you did on any specific class (although if they are all math classes, that's not so great). But otherwise, things look pretty good. It's really very hard to evaluate until you have an actual GMAT so I will refrain from that until you bring us back the score (good luck BTW)
Otherwise, your goals of getting into PE aren't very good ones, as they are very tough and improbable, and since you can shift your goals, you might consider that to increase your chances.
