Organization - Bank of America
Brief about Work ex - 1st year - Part of Mobile Innovation and Development Team: Some Research work on innovative ideas and algorithm development (not typical IT job)
2nd Year - Set up Mobile Innovation lab (Received GOLD Award for same). Also received Shining Star Award.
Currently working with Mobile Testing team (functional and Automation). Worked on some other research projects also.
GMAT: 730 (51Q, 38V)
Education: IIT Delhi, Chemical Engineering, 7.33\10 (2011 Pass-out)
Achievements - 1 Publication in International Journal.
Extra Currics - Was part of Formuale SAE team of IIT Delhi. Represented IIT-D in Formulae student racing event in UK.
+ held some positions in Fests, chem dept etc etc.

Good to hear from you dude.
Despite the so-called "Hard Facts", you actually have a lot of great stuff in your profile: You graduated from IIT; you won multiple awards at work; you have a great GMAT.
Actually (and I don't write this often, and even rarer to Indian candidates) you may even be aiming a little bit LOW with your schools.
But there's a catch of course. With two years of experience you aren't likely to be a very attractive candidate. You seem to be doing very well at work, so why not take two more years to advance? If you advance quickly, keep on winning awards, can get some sort of leadership experience, and can do something REALLY good in volunteer work (like lots of leadership, fundraising, founding a REAL NGO), you have the potential to be a very strong candidate.
