Hi there,
First of all, thanks for the answer in advance.
My undergrad institution is using 4.00 scale grading system(A,A-,B+...) but their distribution is a little bit different as compared to other schools in my country. I mean it is like;
100-96 A
96-92 A-
92-88 B+
and it goes on with a reduction of 4 points for each grade whereas other top schools in the country applies a policy of deducting letter grade for every 8 points. For example, 100-92 is A for them and goes on. That's why, I have a not-so-great 3.5 GPA
I would like to ask that if I should mention that as an additional information in my applicaiton ?
P.S: I am applying to US, I have done some research and asked friends in US to learn their grading system and it seems that they have a wider interval than my institution's interval
