Thank you for the evaluation Linda. Do you believe I should be looking at Johns Hopkins and Rutgers as safety schools? Both are ranked outside the top 50 - which is a bit confusing because you say UT and UNC are realistic possibilities and both are ranked 15-20 (per US News 2012). Would Georgetown and a school like Washington-Foster not suffice for safety schools...schools ranked 20-40?

If you believe I should be looking at these schools for another reason, I'd be curious as to why.

I'd also be curious as to what you think the biggest weaknesses in my profile are.

Thank you for your insight.

Yes, I am suggesting them as safety schools. Johns Hopkins bschool is new -- around 5 years old I think -- but Johns Hopkins is so strong in healthcare that I felt as a safety school it would be a good fit for you. Similar logic with Rutgers. It is strong in healthcare -- particularly pharma -- and for you as a safety I think it's worth considering.

Please remember that applying to a school you don't want to attend isn't applying to a safety; it's a waste of time. :-)

Best,
Linda
