1. Age: 32 years
2. Ethnicity: Indian Male
3. Industry: Information Technology
4. GMAT: 750 (Q50, V41). AWA 6.0 IR 7
5. Target: Management Consultant with special focus on Information Technology
6. Extra Curricular: Program anchor in college fests. College fest organizing committee member
7. GPA: 3.4/4.0
8. Work Experience: 9 years (Developer (2004-2007); Team Lead (2007-2008); IT Consultant to US Healthcare Payer's office in Florida (2008-2012); Project lead and offshore team builder (2012-2013)).
9. Work Experience details: Currently, I am staffing and mentoring an offshore team to deliver cost effective technology solution to the client's business. I work for IBM. From 2008 - 2012, I worked for the same client in an IT consultant role. I worked from Florida, USA. During this phase, I understood the client's business and suggested technology solutions for automation and efficiency in Sales. I was responsible for project execution and delivery. I brought together diverse teams to implement these solutions.

You should be targeting top 10 EMBA programs with that much experience plus the fact you are in the Indian applicant pool. Pull the list from Bloomberg/BusinessWeek to see your options.
