Thanks for your prompt reply Linda.. When you say UNC, McCombs are stretches , is it that I am lacking on the front of GMAT Score or my acads too?.. I am very much interested in getting into McCombs and UNC. Do you recommend taking GMAT and getting a 700+ for that matter? Will it make any difference to my overall app to these programs?

I'm concerned about the combination on your GMAT and your grad GPA plus your Indian IT background. It's that combo that caused my less than ringing endorsement. Yes a higher GMAT could help.
