4.2 years of experience in IT. Solution design for billing and ordering systems of telecom domain companies. I have experience working with renowned telecom companies across the world, such as LuxGSM (Luxembourg), Astro (Malaysia), and Globe (Philippines). Major part of my work involves communicating with customers and designing solutions according to their requirements.

3) College info:
Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology
College of Engineering, Pune - 2nd Oldest engineering college in India.

4) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience.
Part of Guinness Book World Record - a group record for rope skipping, involved 292 people.
Organizer of a famous college level boat club program (Regatta). I am a kayaker too.

You're welcome!
1). Wharton, Stern, MIT, LBS and Haas are stretch programs given your demographic and GMAT score. You are somewhat more competitive at Ross.
2. Given your demographic and target schools, yes, I recommend a GMAT retake.
You may also want to consider Duke, Darden, and CMU Tepper. They all support your goal, but have slightly lower average GMAT scores at matriculation.

Regarding the retake, won't it be late for me as i will not be able to apply this year for sure and disadvantageous if i consider the possibility of a lower score? (though not from a pessimistic point of view
