Hi
You have some good experience and GMAT score. But, your GPA and extracurricular activities are not good enough for few of your target schools. You should provide a valid story for your low GPA in your application. Riding a bike in Himalayas is not an extracurricular achievement. In order to gain an admit in top 20 schools you need to show that you are a leader in what you have done and show some achievements in your job and extracurricular activities. So, preparing an excellent application with a convincing story for your weak academics, highlighting your professional, and extracurricular achievements and clearly stating how you have achieved them can give you a good chance of getting an interview call from your target schools.

If I were you, I would remove NUS and Manheim and add better schools. If you can write decent application, you have a chance at top schools. Consider LBS and INSEAD.Good luck.
