3) Bsc Software Engineering , Foundation University , Islamabad , Pakistan. CGPA 2.49/4.00.

With your work experience and unique perspective working in the Middle East as well as your cultural value from the same, I would say you have a great shot at your target schools assuming you post a decent GMAT score. The GMAT score is important, since it's the only real apples to apples comparison the schools have to evaluate candidates. With a GPA that is a bit on the lower side, the GMAT will also help assure the committee you have the right stuff academically to handle a rigorous b-school curriculum. Focus on the GMAT this Spring and let us know this summer if we can help you with applications. With that many on your target list, you could likely use a second set of eyes on your applications.
