Hi there,
That's a fantastic score! Congrats!! That's a great question and you'll like the answer

You'll be fine. There are two main things schools look for in a GMAT score.
Firstly, they look at the overall score. That's important for a high level assessment and rankings, etc. Then they look at the split. They look at both the raw and percentile scores for that. There has been a lot of emphasis placed on the 80/80 split but, the truth is, the applicability of that rule of thumb is fading specifically on the quant side of things. A perfect score gets you a ~93rd percentile. That means 7% of the folks taking the test are scoring perfect. Miss just ONE and that drops you into the 80s. Miss TWO, and you're straddling the 80th. What I hope you took away from that is the top programs aren't only taking in folks with a 49Q or above. Secondly, they use the score to figure out if you have the raw ability. If you're an engineering major with a consulting job, chances are you're ok with numbers, analytics, and models. I'd say that's a safe assumption, right?
So overall, your app needs to make sure you convey those quant capabilities but a 46 is a solid raw score and you've got an amazing overall score. Congrats again mate!
