Hi,
I am an Indian female, aged 26 with 5 years experience at an oil and gas multi-national with work experience spanning areas of project management, design and engg and operations support in three different countries (NL/IN/PH). I gave GMAT recently and scored a 700 Q48/V38. I have an undergrad GPA of 3.6 from a reputed institute in India in Chemical engg. Which schools should I aim for and which ones would be a stretch? I'd really appreciate your feedback!

Hello,
It’s hard to advise on schools, as I don’t know your goals, which is a key factor in creating a list of schools to apply to. Also, I don’t know whether you have preference for geography or 1-year versus 2-year programs.
That said, based on the info you’ve provided, I can give you an indication of level of program (in terms of competitiveness) you could target. Also, I note that your career looks stellar; make the most of it in your applications.
In the US, I’d suggest looking at schools like UNC Kenan-Flagler, Michigan Ross, USC Marshall, and Georgetown. In Europe, I suggest schools at the level of ESADE, IE, HEC (Insead would be a reasonable reach, somewhat high but perhaps worth it). In UK, LBS would be a reasonable reach;other appropriate targets in terms of competitiveness would be Oxford and Cambridge. You would be competitive as most Asian programs such as HKUST and CEIBS.
