Hi,
I scored 730 in GMAT(Q50,V39),AWA-5,IR -7.
Work Experience:4.2 Years(India)
-3.2 Years as Business Analyst(Requirement Gathering,Gap Analysis)
-1 Year-Supply Chain Consultant in one of the Fortune 5 companies.
Engineering -68% in India from a decent college, not sure how it converts in GPA in US.
Co-curricular: Decent-Captain of college team,lots of sports awards at inter universities/college level.Not sure how these achievements are viewed outside India.
I am not sure about the colleges I should be targeting, and what else I should do to strengthen my profile.
P.S- I haven't done any social work and don't want to for the sake of getting an admission
What other options can I look at apart from Darden,Michigan,Kelley.

I can’t meaningfully suggest schools to target without knowing your goals. That said, based on the information provided, I’d consider the schools on your list to be reasonable reaches. Even though your GMAT is on the higher side for these programs and your work experience is solid, your over-represented profile without some clear differentiator makes admission very tough – for these programs, while overall admission rate might be, say roughly 26% (for Darden), because of the high number of applicants in your profile, that rate drops to under 10% among this group.
I agree that you shouldn’t do social volunteering just for resume purposes, and in any event MBA adcoms are very skeptical about such activities that start right before MBA application time.
Depending on your goals, for some excellent programs where your chances would be greater, you might look at Georgetown, Texas/McCombs, Kelley, and Notre Dame/Mendoza.
