Hi All,
Please evaluate my profile and help me finalize universities so that i can start applying this sep-2014
I would be attempting GMAT on 01-Sep-2014.
Being new to gmat , i am looking for expert opinions on b schools ,within INDIA and abroad,accepting GMAT scores, to which i can apply with profile as mentioned below
Oracle consultant in Tata Consultancy Services India
Experience :4 years
CGPA :2.8/4
Btech in Electronics and Communication with an aggregate of 71.
Expected Score (650-700)
Kindly suggest some universities offering 1 year MBA which are affordable and worth in terms of the job prospects.

Hi Amit,
It is very difficult to evaluate your profile and chances, as the information provided is not sufficient. But yes, ISB is one good option for you to apply. For ISB, Average GMAT is 710+, so try getting a 720+ score to maximize your chances at ISB. You can also try for scholarship at other schools provided your GMAT is high and you start early with your applications. My 4 year stint as an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with a tocuh of functional aspects of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash Cycles can be summarized as --
Successfully completed the Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional Certification and Oracle Certified Associate Professional (OCAP), Oracle certification program (PL/SQL).
Proficient in customization/development of Forms 10g and Reports 10g, Discoverer and registering them with applications.
Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL programming.
Good Functional knowledge of Order Management Module.
Good Knowledge on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Cycle.
Developed conversions, interface programs using Pl/Sql and SQL* Loader to populate the application interface tables with data from legacy system.
Worked with standard API’s.
Migration of components using FNDLOAD.
Knowledge on AME (Approvals Management Engine) for Purchase Requisition and AP Invoice Approval.
Experience in Development of reports Using XML Publisher.
Knowledge in Form Personalization and Workflow.
