Help Selecting Schools (Where do I apply?)

Hi Consultants and wise B-school people

I'm looking for certain criteria in FT MBA programs.

*Good need-based financial aid.

*Top 20 program

*Looking for the possibility of a dual degree MPA or MPP

*Focus on non-profit, social innovation, and consulting.

*Looking for URMs.

Here are the basics:

Age: 24,
Race/Ethnicity: Hispanic
Gender: Male
UGPA: 3.17 BA Economics at top-5 Liberal Arts College
GGPA: 3.97 MS.Ed at Top 30 Education Program 
Work Experience: (5 years) AmeriCorps, City Year, TFA 
GRE: 165V 165Q (Translates to 680 in the ETS converter) 
GMAT: (Practice) 690 (46Q and 39V)

Purpose: I want to an MBA to change careers into general management consulting for a couple of years. After I gain experience in consulting I want to transition into NPO consulting or NPO management.

Any and all suggestions will be taken.

Hello there!
Well first of all, before I evaluate your profile I am missing a lot of info about your work experience, which as you can imagine is gonna be a a major consideration for B-schools. So first of all: what did you DO? What was your title? What were your achievements? Do you have any leadership? Any promotions? Anything else notable? how long did you stay at each position? And what is your trajectory?

Finally, when are you planning on taking the GMAT? And when are you planning on applying?

A wee bit more info will go a loooooooong way,

Hi Frank.

I'll expand on my work a bit here. (I'm also PM-ing you a copy of my working resume.)

I started my career by building a program to helped disadvantaged US students apply to college. (This was in college.) Then I graduated in 2008. (A terrible year to do so.) I volunteered with a non-profit, until I decided to start teaching. I went back to school to do content classes in Social Studies but I used the time to patch a deficiency in my transcript. (I did horrible in Calculus classes in college.) So, I took two semesters or Statistics and two semesters of Calculus and I did well enough that I got invited to a Teaching Assistant for intro math courses aimed at disadvantaged groups. I then transitioned to being a tutor, and interventionist through City Year. After, that year of service I did a 10 month non-profit apprenticeship, were I did various activities like building recruitment strategies for our after-school program. I was not done in the classroom yet, so I transitioned back into it, through Teach For America. I taught various high school math courses in an urban blighted setting.

Right now I'm interning for a startup and I'm going to work at a private school. The reason to move to private school is that I want to learn how a high performing school functions. I did two years in a place that barely is keeping itself above water and I wasn't going to learn staying there.

I'm taking the GMAT in mid August so I can apply Consortium first round. (I'm also looking at schools outside the consortium for first round.) I expecting a 700-730 GMAT. I'm studying at least two hours a day to do so. If I do poorly, I'll retake again in the first week of December and apply second round.

Lastly, there is a huge error in my age. I'm 28 not 24. (I don't even know how I did that.)
