Education:
Engineering (Pune University): Throughout Distinction, consistently within top 5 in college, Within Top 10 % in University
12th: 80 %
10th: 86 %
Work Ex:
Started the career with Fortune 100 company, moved to IT start-up after 1.5 years
Consistent performance awards in 4 years
Received first one in Fortune 100 - youngest ever to receive it ( Selectivity: To be given to 5 people in 2000)
Within start-up, have received tremendous exposure, have led team as well
Lot of examples for delivery ownership & impact of my contributions, appreciation from Director, VP of Engineering
Author various technical papers, white papers
Awarded Employee of the Year in 2014
Currently handling strategic project for company, which was won over Big players in IT Services (Based upon technical excellency)
Also now client facing and not just part of team and hence contribute on planning, proposal developments for client
Promoted twice in the same company
Lot of examples that demonstrate impact made on the organization

Short stints in Hong Kong, Beijing

Event coordinator for two years for college festivals/events
