Hi there,
Thanks for posting! Let's see what we've got here, shall we?
Solid Academics - great GMAT (no, don't retake it, we get the "practice test" question all the time - those are directional, not absolute - you did great!), solid GPA, difficult major, and a known university if not a tier I / feeder school per se. You've got this part nailed down!
Professionally, you're a bit on the younger side but nothing that'll sink your chances. We're seeing a trend in consulting for folks to wait until after their 3rd years to apply but if you've had a great run, go for it! You work for a well known firm so that's another thing in your corner. A lot of it will come down to what you DO and how you rank compared to your peers. If you're consistently ranked at the top of your class, you've got a really strong case to apply in 2 years.
Involvement wise, I'm sure there's more here given what you do for your firm. That stuff counts too! But on paper, you have some involvement but the main component will be your mission trip which, even though a staple of your religion, is still great experience. And, after you take 2 years off to do that, no one will hold it against you if you aren't SUPER involved outside of work

.
Your goals, however, are vague. What does management mean to you? Does that mean strategy? Corp finance? Business development? Product management?
With your profile, you're pretty well set for a top 16 run but which programs specifically - well I can't say yet. There are two things I need from you:
1) Refine your goals - help me understand what "management" means to you
2) Go
[here] and see what's important to you when picking programs. It isn't an exhaustive list but it's a really good place to start thinking about what sets schools apart from one another!
Then let's chat!
