Please provide a critical feedback on my profile.
Work experience: 3.5 years(till date)
1 year work experience as a business analyst/developer with HCL.
drastically changed my area of work to business development and marketing.
2.5 year in an export firm
working as a manager in an export firm and handling most of the customer relationship,market development and research.
Also handling a manufacturing unit(recently acquired by the firm).
GMAT: 690 (Q:49, V:34) AWA: 5.5, IR: 8, TOEFL: 108
Education: B.E.in electronics from RV college of Engineering, Bangalore CGPA : 3.0
Extra curricular/Achievements: state level basketball player
French language certifications DELF A1,A2,B1,B2
android developer/tester ... have helped in ROM development for different android phones.
Target schools are: Kelley,UCLA,Emory,Mccombs,NYU
I am quite concerned about my low GMAT score as compared to the median GMAT score of my target schools. Should I retake the gmat and apply in round 2 or should I go ahead and apply in round 1 with a 690 score.

Thanks for sharing your profile. Your hunch is correct, I would recommend you re-take the GMAT and target round 2. Your GMAT score is low in comparison the median. In particular this is a low score in relation to your competitive set. Another concern is your GPA which at this point you can't do much about but it is another red flag given your GMAT. Re-take your GMAT and see if you can bump it up to a more competitive score
