Work Experience- 0
Been part of 2 industrial internships during college
Undergrad- B.Tech. n Mechanical from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore
Undergrad C.GPA (as of pre-final year) - 3.2
Leadership Roles/Community Service-
1. Served as Vice President of Youth Red Cross club of my college
2. Founding member and Vice Chair of Sanshray- an NGO involved in educating and empowering the underpriveleged
3. Content Writer for the online Magazine Derailed Douchebaggery.
Targeted Degree- Masters in Management
Schools targeted- Duke (Fuqua), Michigan (Ross), Notre Dame (Mendoza), Thunderbird, Rochester, Arizona State, Texas A&M
Post Degree goals-
To work alone the lines of creating a a feasible business model that incorporates social welfare and profit making.
I would really appreciate it if you could tell me my chances of getting into these universities and if I should also consider some other universities.

Thanks for your message. I really enjoyed reading your profile. I reviewed your profile similar to other candidates' profiles that I evaluated when I was on the Admissions Committee.
Although you have a good GMAT score (710) and a fair GPA (3.2/4.0) for your application to Fuqua and Ross, the main challenge I see is having 0 years of work experience. Ideally, it would be great to wait until you have 4+ years of total work experience. At the end of the day, the quality of work experience is more important than the quantity of years. Candidates with 3 years of work experience are accepted but schools prefer 4+ years. Programs tend to be fair and understanding but you will have to ensure that you communicate your personal and professional background effectively.

The more work experience you hold, the more likely you are to contribute to your classroom discussions, and be a valuable asset in the academic environment (especially towards fellow students). Now, your b-school grades entail 60-80% on what you contribute from your professional work experience across class discussions & group projects. The less work experience you have = the less you will have to contribute = the lower your grades. It is to your personal benefit that you have 4+ years of work experience when attending so that you can be successful in your b-school classes.
