• Conceptualised and implemented the desktop transformation strategy for an energy services client; engineered the migration design while leading a 2-member team; presented recommendations to the client senior management, which ultimately reduced maintenance costs by $5million. • Created a baseline plan for OS Migration for a $6 million Media and Entertainment Company based in UK.
