I am looking forward to join in 2015-2017 class. Can anyone please evaluate my profile as per the details mentioned below:
Work Experience: I am an Indian IT male with 6+ year of experience. I work with an Indian IT service company as a quality assurance consultant ( Software Testing). I have worked for 2 years in UK for an UK based client. I have strong knowledge in Point of Sales and Retail domain.
Gmat: I have GMAT score of 690 ( Q: 50 , V:32 , IR: 8 , AWA: waiting for result ) (considering a retake - Suggestion requested)
Graduation: I am a Btech in computer science , CGPA : 86% ( I am not really aware how much that will be in US GPA Scale). I have relatively lower 10th(72%) and 12th(62%) Scores.
Extra Curriculars:
1.I am a member of Toastmasters international and I have participated in few Public Speech competition.
2.I used to be good at business quiz and I have particpated in some state and national level quizzes such as Tata Crucible. However I have not won any major competition.From last 1.5 years I am out of touch.
3.I have hosted many annual events in company (Both cultural and tech)
4.I believe in staying super fit. I am an avid runner and gym goer.
Entrepreneurship:
I belong to a business family.4 years back, I along with my younger brother have started a Kulfi (a Type of Indian Desert) company in my home city. The company is city's second largest Kulfi company. But If you convert the turnover in US dollar it is not big at all, 40-50K US dollars in annual revenue at max.
I have a working knowledge of how stock market works, stock analysis (including techical analysis) , company balance sheet analysis , stock treding and etc.
Certification: I dont have any crtification outside of technology landscape.

I am looking for a career change to Finance and work as an investment banker post MBA. I have always been very good with numbers and I believe IB is something I can do for the rest of my life. But I understand that I dont know much to showcase to convince adcom. Consulting is my backup option.
I am looking forward to get some input in following front:
1. A holistic evaluation of my Profile.
2. Evaluation of the choice of schools.
3. Suggestion on any other good school that I should consider.
4. Possible startegy on career switch.
5. Suggestion on retake. ( Specially because of the horribly low verbal score)
